our skill, experience of generations, care and the right machines for required
tooling for quality achievements. Continental's Riderless Healds are
manufactured on sophisticated single line production facility matching ISO /
ISI & BS standards are widely accepted.
Healds are made from high carbon harden & tempered bright polished both
edges rounded Spring Steel Strips. Healds made from Stainless Steel also can be
offered.
End Loops: `O' type Closed End Loops for Rider type Heald Frames. 'C'
/ 'J' type End Loops for Rider-Less Heald Frame can be offered with hole below
the loop for facilitating storage of Healds for easy insertion of Healds in the
Heald Frames and also for the Automatic Drawing-In.
Differentiated shape of the End loop is given according to the thickness
0.25mm, 0.3mm & 0.38mm to distinguished the Healds.
Eyelet of Healds: Wide range of Heald Eye sizes / types placed at
center, 5mm / 10mm off center can be offered. Extra care is taken for
polishing, de-burring & Edge rounding to Heald Eye providing smooth
surface.
Rust protection: Our Riderless Healds are supplied duly bright zinc
plated OR Nichrome plated
Automatic Drawing-In: Flat Steel Healds suitable for any type of Automatic
Drawing-In can be offered providing End loop with Bevel stamped below the loop
OR 'VERI' cut to every alternative Healds.

production line allows production of Riderless Healds in the length of 280mm
