Odd / Special requirements having special design / size of End Loops / Eye in
any required length & thickness can be offered from, Stainless Steel
Strips/Spring Steel Strips 8mm to 20mrn wide x 0.7mm to 1.5mm Thick in any
length.
Twin wire of 18G up to the
length of 700mm having Inserted Mail Eye / Twisted Eye Nickel Plated OR Hot
Tinned.
Single Wire of 18G (1.2mm)
/ 16G (1.6mm) / 14G (2mm) up to the length of 16" to 40" having
open-end loops, Close End Loops.
All above Special Healds
are made & supply as per Customer's requirement to their entire
satisfaction.
Healds for Ribbon/Tape
Looms: We have developed more than 30 varieties of Healds for Ribbon / Tape Loom
made of Harden & Tempered Spring Steel Strips. Standard varieties Ribbon
Loom Healds offered for any type of Needle Loom are shown in the chart.
Healds made of Twin Wire
having Inserted Eye is used for Jacquard / Label Weaving Looms.
End Loops:
Required type / size of End Loops can be offered to suit machine requirements.
Eyelet of Healds: Wide
range of Heald Eye sizes / types placed at center / off center can be offered.
Extra care is taken for polishing, de-burring & Edge rounding to Heald Eye
providing smooth surface.
Rust protection: Our
Flat Steel Healds are supplied duly bright zinc plated OR Nichrome plated. 100%
Rust Proof Stainless Steel Healds can be offered for High Density weaves.
Special purpose Leno Doup Haelds for Velcro Manufacturing/ Needle Loom can be
offerd.
